Refund policy

We’re all about feeling good — and that includes feeling good about your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not absolutely in love with your SheKitty goodies, here’s the deal:

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for a full refund or store credit — your choice.

A few quick notes:

• Because your health and safety are our top priority, we do not accept physical returns of consumable products.

• If something’s not right, just send us a photo of the item along with your order number.

• Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

• If you'd rather swap for a different She Kitty blend instead of a refund, just let us know — we’re flexible like that.
